1st International Food Design and Food Studies Conference

The 1st International Food Design and Food Studies Conference, with the support of the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies, the Faculty of Architecture / University of Lisbon, the Faculty of Arts and Humanities / University of Lisbon and the University of Beira Interior, will be hosted at the Faculty of Architecture / University of Lisbon, and it will foster discussion among designers, chefs, academics and experts about food design and food studies and their perspectives, with the intent of nurturing diversity and interdisciplinarity.

Experiencing Food: Designing Dialogues is the title and the topic of the conference, since it seeks to discover future fields of investigation in food and design, as well as to connect the space and the people who share common interests in design and food research.
