Tarefas: As a UX Researcher you will perform tasks such as:
- Plan, analyze, and report on user-centered research to add context and validate assumptions that will guide the development team's designs
- Synthesize findings from customer data and evaluations to suggest UI / UX improvements to products or services
- Work closely with the team to plan and measure the success of experiences
- Prepare wireframes, user flows, process flows, etc. to communicate design ideas and the interaction concept
- Document target users and their requirements in user stories
- Present findings and recommendations that drive user discovery and future design improvements
- Assist the team and stakeholders to gain empathic understanding of users, from idea generation to product discovery
Qualificações/requisitos:
- >2 years of experience in UX or Design research
- Innovation mindset
- Strong alignment with our mission
- Understand the balance of user experience, business case and value, sustainable energy and technical feasibility to make tradeoffs where appropriate
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Desire to work in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative work environment
- Bachelor/Master's/Ph.D. degree in behavioral science or closely related discipline. These fields may include but are not limited to Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Interaction Design, Service Design or Computer Science. As this is a government sponsored position, your degree needs to be recognized by the Portuguese government via DGES (https://www.dges.gov.pt/en/pagina/degree-and-diploma-recognition)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Compensation requirements within our budgeted monthly range from €1600 to €2000
Employees need to have Portuguese tax residency, be located in mainland Portugal and availability to have in-person meetings in Lisbon once a week.
