O UNITE.H2020 Dissemination Event acontece no dia 2 de fevereiro, no Salão Nobre da Reitoria da ULisboa.

O foco deste evento é realçar a importância da contribuição do projeto UNITE.H2020 e das Alianças Europeias em geral, para o Espaço Europeu de Investigação.

O projeto UNITE.H2020 moldou uma estratégia integrada de I&D para a Aliança Universitária Europeia Unite!, com conclusão em dezembro de 2023. O projeto de seguimento UNITE!Widening, com início em janeiro de 2024, visa fortalecer as capacidades científicas em Portugal e na Polónia, destacadas numa reunião, em Lisboa, nos dias 1 e 2 de fevereiro.

Ao longo do projeto UNITE.H2020 a Aliança respondeu ao desafio lançado pela Comissão Europeia desenvolvendo, em sinergia com a sua dimensão educativa, uma rede integrada, partilhada e estratégia de investigação e inovação (I&D) de longo prazo. Outro objetivo era desenvolver uma agenda comum de I&D e um plano de ação para o programa da aliança Unite!, enfatizando a natureza do Unite! STEM, com a implementação de diversas iniciativas piloto ao longo dos diferentes módulos de transformação institucional propostos pela CE, através de transformações institucionais e da identificação de boas práticas para a modernização da I&D entre as universidades parceiras.

The UNITE.H2020 Dissemination Event will take place on February 2^nd in the Great Hall of the University of Lisbon Rectory.

The focus of this event is to emphasise the importance of the contribution of the UNITE.H2020 project and the European Alliances in general to the European Research Area.

The UNITE.H2020 project has shaped an integrated R&I strategy for the European University Alliance Unite!, concluding in December 2023. The follow-up UNITE!Widening project, starting in January 2024, aims to strengthen scientific capabilities in Portugal and Poland, highlighted in a Lisbon meeting on February 1st and 2nd.

Throughout UNITE.H2020 project the Alliance addressed the challenge launched by the European Commission developing, in synergy with its educational dimension, an integrated, shared and long-term research and innovation (R&I) strategy. Another objective was to develop a common R&I agenda and action plan for the Unite! Alliance, emphasizing the Unite! STEM nature, with the implementation of several pilot initiatives along the different institutional transformation modules proposed by the EC, through institutional transformations and the identification of good practices for the modernization of R&I among the partner universities.
