Incoming (from abroad to FA)

1. Nomination by the partner university must be done by sending an email to gmobilidades@fa.ulisboa.pt with the following information:

> Full name;
> Gender;
> Course and degree;
> E-mail;
> Semester.
 

Nomination deadlines by partner institutions:

> 1st (Autumn) Semester: 15th May – 14th June;
> 2nd (Spring) Semester: 15th September – 14th October.
 
2. Application. After the nomination, students will be directly contacted by email to complete the online application process.
   Documents required for the online application:

> Learning Agreement duly signed and stamped by student and home University;
> Official Transcript of Records;
> Photo passport size;
> Copy of Identity Card or Passport.

The University of Lisbon offers a Portuguese course through the ICLP, Institute of Culture and Portuguese Language at the beginning of each semester with a duration of 56 hours for students under the Erasmus+ program. The course will be taught at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, 4 times a week, after working hours. Students who succeed receive a Portuguese language certificate issued by the ICLP, Institute of Culture and Portuguese Language, with recognition of 6 ECTS. If they wish, students may include the Portuguese language course in the Learning Agreement, however, it will not appear in the Transcript of Records.
