Applications Non-integrated Master Degrees

Applications are submitted exclusively through the online platform - Fenix.

Access to the Fenix system depends on your status:

Candidates who are current or former students of FA.ULisboa and have a ULisboa account (@campus.ul.pt or @edu.ulisboa.pt) must log in to Fenix and start the application process through the "Candidate" menu. If you do not remember your password, you should recover access [HERE].
Former FA.ULisboa students who do not have a ULisboa account must contact the Academic Area via email at candidaturas@fa.ulisboa.pt to obtain their login credentials.
External candidates to FA.ULisboa must first create a Fenix user account [HERE]

1. Students from Portugal or a member state of the European Union

Tuition fees for the academic year 2025/26¹:
1st year of registration: €2000
Other years: €1500
Additional year, when exclusively for the completion of the final master's/dissertation/internship work: €500

(According to the Table of school insurance and tuition fees for 2023/2024, prepared in accordance with Order No. 22/2023, of August 2, issued by the President of FA.ULisboa)

Payment structure*: 10 monthly tuition installments. Payment of the 1st installment, school insurance and administrative expenses upon registration. The remaining installments are paid throughout the academic year.

Non-integrated master's degrees carried out in partnership with other higher education institutions have different access conditions and tuition fees.

Master in Territorial Management and Urban Studies (in partnership with IGOT and IST)
Tuition fees for the academic year 2025/26¹:
1st year of registration and other years: €1200

2. International students

Definition of international student: established in Article 3 of Decree-Law no. 62/2018, of August 6;

Tuition fees for the academic year 2025/26¹:
1st year of registration: €3500
Other years: €2500
Additional year, when exclusively for the completion of the final master's/dissertation/internship work: €800

Payment structure*: 10 monthly tuition installments. Upon enrollment, the 1st installment is paid, which corresponds to 30% of the total annual attendance fee (fee), plus administrative expenses and school insurance. The remaining installments are paid throughout the academic year.

Territorial Management and Urban Studies (in partnership with IGOT and IST)
Tuition fees for the academic year 2025/26¹:
1st year of registration and other years: €3500

¹Reference values. Values for 2026/2027 still subject to approval.

*Note: According to Dispatch n.º 4/2023, with admission to the course, a deposit amount of €200 is charged to reserve a place. When enrolling in the course, the amount paid as a deposit will revert to the amount due as a tuition fee, being deducted from the first installment.
