Comunicado a toda a comunidade da FA_ULisboa
Considerando a evolução da situação relativa ao COVID-19, por comunicado do Reitor, a ULisboa tomou a decisão de suspender, até dia 27 de março, todas as atividades letivas e atendimento presenciais.
Informa-se a comunidade académica que a decisão foi tomada como uma medida meramente preventiva no sentido de conter a propagação do vírus, não se conhecendo até ao momento nenhum caso positivo entre os membros da comunidade da ULisboa.
Na sequência desta decisão, a FA_ULisboa tomou um conjunto de medidas que incluem:
Informa-se que, durante este período de contenção, a FA_ULisboa não encerrará, ficando, contudo, as atividades presenciais reduzidas ao mínimo indispensável.
Recomenda-se a toda a comunidade académica, a observação das medidas de contenção já publicamente anunciadas nos comunicados efetuados pela Direção Geral de Saúde e Reitoria da ULisboa relativamente a este assunto.

Announcement to the entire FA_ULisboa community
Considering the evolution of the situation regarding the COVID-19 virus, in a statement from the Rector, the ULisboa has made the decision to suspend, until March 27th, all teaching activities as well as in person services.
We inform the academic community that this decision has been made merely as a preventive measure to contain the spread of the virus, and no positive cases are known to date among the members of the ULisboa community.
Following this decision, FA_ULisboa has taken a set of measures that include:
1. The suspension of all classes and of all in person teaching consultation, with the University currently preparing an alternative education system for distance teaching and tutoring. Until the end of the current week, teachers and students will be informed of the replacement modalities of face-to-face classes for remote teaching processes.
2. The measures described above are in effect for all studies and study cycles.
3. The suspension of services such as the library, the dining hall and bar, as well as the closing of all classrooms, including Espaço 24 horas, workshops, and other workplaces, from March 11th. The garage will also be closed.
4. We are also suspending in person administrative offices’ services, such as the graduation and post-graduation secretariats, treasury, dispatch service, mobility office, pedagogical council secretariat, as well as other similar services. Contact with administrative services should be done preferably via phone and email, with in person attendance becoming an exception with need for previous appointment.
5. From March 11th, academic exams for the Master and Doctoral studies will be rescheduled or, in alternative, carried out from a distance according to further instructions that will be communicated shortly.
6. The academic calendar will be adjusted according to the evolution of the situation.
We inform that during this containment period, the FA_ULisboa will not close, however, all in person activities will be reduced to the indispensable minimum.
We recommend to the entire academic community the observation of the contention measures already publicly announced in the statements made by the General Directorate for Health (Direção Geral de Saúde) and by the ULisboa Rectory, concerning this matter.
