THE KOOZY is a sustainable activewear brand and digital platform with a core focus on innovative methods in sustainable materials production. The company was incorporated in 2021 in Madrid, Spain. The launch of the platform is scheduled for Spring 2022 (Pan-European operation).

(from February 2022 onwards, one year fixed freelance contract, full time, Lisbon, proficiency in English, c.850EUR p/m plus bonus)

• Acting as the company first point of contact/representative: correspondence/calls
• Managing diary/organising meetings/appointments
• Booking and arranging travel/transport/accommodation and filing expenses
• Communicating with the suppliers (textile/packaging producers/manufacturers) and the support team (IT, marketing etc.)
• Relationship management - full cycle business elements
• Reporting to the executive (including reminding of upcoming deadlines/tasks), including compiling, organising, preparing written reports/minutes on a regular basis
• Carrying out administrative tasks (incl. filing and data entry)
• Assisting the support team with the product development and brand identity creation
• Liaising with clients
• Assisting with various operational tasks (incl. stock control, delivery, invoicing)
