ARC International Design Consultants is hiring Junior Architects
ARC International Design Consultants is a one-stop shop design consultation company focusing on healthcare facilities. It provides strategic services in architectural design; medical planning; services infrastructure; and economic viability assessment. Due to consistent success and an increasing portfolio of projects, ARC International Design Consultants ARC is expanding teams.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Development of projects under a team leader's supervision;
• Support and preparation of documentation for all design stages;
• Support and preparation of reports and presentations for all design stages;
• Revit modelling and collaborative work;
• Understanding and applying implemented procedures for all design stages;
• Knowledge of the company's documentation system in place.
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience;
• Spoken and written fluency in English and other languages is a plus;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
• Knowledge/experience in BIM (Revit);
• Strong ability with 3D modelling in Sketchup or Rhinoceros;
• Knowledge/experience in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (mainly InDesign and Photoshop);
• Spoken and written fluency in English and other languages is a plus;

• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
• Knowledge/experience in BIM (Revit);

If you are applying for this position, it is expected a flexible and organized person, multi-tasking and willing to learn and grow within the team. Healthcare experience is preferred even if it’s not mandatory. The applicant must reside in Portugal, Lisbon area.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
