ARC International Design Consultants is looking for a Senior Architect

ARC International Design Consultants is a one-stop shop design consultation company focusing on healthcare facilities. It provides strategic services in architectural design, medical planning, services infrastructure, and economic viability assessment.

Due to consistent success and an increasing portfolio of projects, ARC International Design Consultants is looking for a Senior Architect to join its Lisbon office. 

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Development of Architecture projects;
• Team coordination;
• Lead and support Junior Architects during project development;
• Integration in the Architecture department – developing internal procedures, research, and dedicated presentations;
• Support and preparation of documentation for all design stages;
• Support and preparation of reports and presentations for all design stages;
• Revit modelling and collaborative work (BIM360);
• Understanding and applying implemented procedures for all design stages;
• Knowledge of the company´s documentation system in place.

Requirements:
• Ten years of professional experience and at least five years of experience in international projects;
• Spoken and written fluency in English and other languages is a plus;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
• Knowledge/experience in BIM (Revit);
• Knowledge/experience in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (mainly InDesign and Photoshop);
• Knowledge of other BIM software is a plus.

The applicant must reside in Portugal, Lisbon area.
