EXPOSIÇÃO MESTRADO DESIGN PRODUTO NO MUHNAC

De 19 de fevereiro de 2025 a 28 de março de 2025, a exposição MDP24 estará disponível no Museu Nacional de História Natural e da Ciência para partilhar com a restante comunidade académica e não académica quais são os conteúdos pedagógicos deste mestrado e qual é a perspetiva futura da nova geração de designers. Esta exposição reflete o futuro do design em Portugal.
A exposição MDP24 é um projeto organizado pelos alunos de primeiro ano do Mestrado em Design de Produto da Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade de Lisboa (FA.ULisboa). Esta exposição tem o objetivo de apresentar os projetos realizados ao longo deste grau superior.
Este evento anual é uma forma de mostrar o que o Mestrado em Design de Produto tem para oferecer, como o desenvolvimento mais aprofundado de metodologias no processo de Design, que envolvem a resolução de problemas com diferentes níveis de complexidade. Utilizando ferramentas de pesquisa, análise, ideação e prototipagem, permitimos aos futuros designers projetar soluções às necessidades atuais a pensar no amanhã, enfrentando novos desafios. Os projetos expostos abordam temáticas atuais como tecnologia, inovação, mobilidade e sustentabilidade.
A exposição apresentará os seguintes temas:
1º Semestre
Desmaterialização - Desconstrução de um pequeno eletrodoméstico e reformulação à imagem e identidade de una marca escolhida.
2º Semestre
Mobilidade - Identificação, análise e proposta de solução de uma problemática de mobilidade, e seus serviços associados.
3º Semestre
Diversidade - Seleção de diversos temas a serem abordados no projeto final.
4º Semestre
Tese - Dissertação teórica, estágio ou projeto final de mestrado.

From February 19th 2025 to March 28th 2025, the MDP24 exhibition will be available at the National Museum of Natural History and Science to share with the rest of the academic and non-academic community what the educational content of Master’s in Product Design is and what the future outlook is for the new generation of designers. This exhibition reflects the future of design in Portugal.
The MDP24 exhibition, organized by the first year students of the Master’s in Product Design, aims to present the projects carried out throughout this degree.
This annual event is a way of showing what the course has to offer, such as the more in-depth development of methodologies in the design process, which involves solving problems with different levels of complexity. Using research, analysis, ideation, and prototyping tools, allows future designers to respond to current needs while thinking about tomorrow, and facing new challenges. The projects on display address current issues such as technology, innovation, mobility, and sustainability.
The exhibition will feature the following themes:
1st Semester
Dematerialization - Desassembly of a small scale home appliance and redesign proposal following the identity of a chosen brand.
2nd Semester
Mobility - Identification of a problem and creation of a product or service that aims to address it.
3rd Semesterster
Diversity - Selection of various topics to be covered in the final project.
4th Semester
Thesis - Theoretical dissertation, internship or final master’s project.
