Portuguese students or students from a Member State of the European Union who, having or not completed Portuguese Secondary Education, take the access tests (national exams) of the disciplines requested by the desired course can apply for the National Contest for Access to Higher Education. In the same way, candidates who have dual nationality from Portugal or a Member State of the European Union may apply.
